v0.1.4-beta1

Fixed

• Events (ModelLoadedEvent and all others) dropped when the frame carried a requestID. Live VTS always sends one; classification is now by messageType. (#36)
• VTubeStudioErrorId values did not match upstream ErrorID.cs (shifted groups mapped real errors to wrong members). Now mirrors upstream numbering exactly, extended to full coverage. Old values will not match.
• ModelClickedEventPayload.ArtMeshHits is now IReadOnlyList<ArtMeshHit> (was string); the wire type is objects.
• ItemUnloadResponse.UnloadedItems is now IReadOnlyList<UnloadedItem>.
• TintArtMeshAsync returns Task<ColorTintResponse> with the matched count.
