• Tasks that hit the tool-calling round limit now fail instead of showing as completed.
• Failed tasks keep their partial execution plan so debugging remains visible in the Crew Board.
• Local greenfield prompts are less likely to drift into MCP-first execution because the external-access heuristic is narrower.
