The Update that deals with v0.14.2

This version is bugged until I can fix issues relating to the secondary inputs, reminder that this is open source so that you can make pull requests for this manager.

• Ported to BBP v0.14.2 and made it backwards compatible all the way to v0.13.X, unsure if v0.12.X is compatible.

To keep your time not wasted, I had to push this update but here's a major change:

Starting in v0.14.2, your inputs are now stored in save files and can differ between save files, no longer globally across save files but meaning there will be no automatic merging due to the fact that Mystman stated that he warned you to remember your inputs before starting up v0.14.2 for the first time.
