PokeSight 1.0.0: initial finished version for Gen 4 Platinum

Initial finished version for Pokémon Platinum (English and German) with the Gen 4 rules.

• Detects single and double battles by reading the opponents' names from the screen (OCR, works with any emulator)
• Shows each opponent's weaknesses, resistances and immunities
• Your best moves: enter your team once and see the strongest move per opponent, with effect, type and score
• Borderless always-on-top mode that fits over a part of the emulator window
• Scan now, correct a misread Pokémon, add one by hand
• Settings as YAML files in %APPDATA%\PokeSight

Download PokeSight-1.0.0-windows.zip, unzip it anywhere and start PokeSight\PokeSight.exe (no Java needed).
The Pokémon sprites are downloaded on first start.
