I would say using ChatGPT to come up with comment templates is a great idea! Few points to consider:

• User should probably be advised by the system to inspect & revise the generated text, due to huge # of hallucinations and inaccurate answers, esp. is using GPT 3.5)
• It would be great to provide users w/ ability to connect GPT 4.0 at their own expense.

Biggest point of all:

I currently have no incentive to maintain or upgrade the CodeGrader system. However, if someone is willing to make PRs w/ proposed changes, I'm very much willing to review/discuss/assist with merging those in.
