Balanced Eternal Vigilance

Features

This mod reimplements the policy for Eternal Vigilance which automatically created defense platforms for free every 6 months which was added in version 4.0 of Stellaris and then removed in version 4.3.

Since the vanilla version was removed because it was too strong, the reimplementation of this feature is designed to be more balanced. This is done by adding a scaling alloy cost based on both the number of starbases having platforms built on them, and the percent of those starbases' defense platform cap being built automatically. Both of these variables can be customized with the two policies that are available upon taking the ascension perk under the Military policy category.

Just don't set both policies to max unless you have the alloys to pay for it o.o

Compatibility

This mod only overrides the Eternal Vigilance ascension perk, so it should be compatible with most other mods :)
