Stable Release

WineForge is now considered stable for the launchers and games currently validated by the project. This release focuses on additional launcher and game compatibility.

Added

  • Added support for EA App.
  • Added support for Battle.net.
  • Added support for Ubisoft Connect.

Changed

  • Improved parts of the WineForge launcher and application launch workflow.
  • Centralized launcher-specific process handling to simplify future compatibility work.
  • Changed the project status from experimental to stable for currently validated workflows.

Fixed

  • Fixed EA App startup and user interface rendering.
  • Fixed Battle.net startup and 32-bit CEF rendering.
  • Fixed Ubisoft Connect startup and user interface rendering.
  • Fixed a protected-loader startup failure in Diablo II: Resurrected. Diablo IV was also tested through Battle.net and ran smoothly.
