The biggest news of this release:

1. The capability for selecting files and downloading a CSV manifest of all of the metadata for those files has been entirely re-written to be performant, stable, and generally awesome. To use: make selections of files within the tool, right-click on your selection, and select "Download -> Manifest" from the popup menu.
2. As you build up the annotation hierarchy to group files within dynamic folders, the list of "available annotations" to add to the hierarchy will update to disable those annotations that, if added to the existing hierarchy, would produce an empty set of folders.
