So much good stuff here:

• The app will now connect directly to the file-explorer-service, which is the backend data API Griffin and Chris have been working on. No more 1000 randomly sampled FOVs, now it's whatever happens to be in our database, which currently is all Pipeline 4 FOVs.
• Finally figured out how to dynamically construct the "directory" hierarchy of annotation values!
• Some smaller bugfixes.
