The first public developer release of the official Digital Design Studio Plugin SDK.

  • Dependency-free JavaScript modules, TypeScript declarations, four JSON schemas and bounded validators.
  • Diagnostics provider registration, snapshot identities, cancellation, stale-result rejection and cleanup.
  • A local test host and a runnable Hello Diagnostics example with no external EDA tool requirement.
  • Apache-2.0 source, API/testing documentation, contribution instructions and synthetic performance measurements.

The archive is 21,913 bytes (27 files), SHA-256 3b6d6b89a9d76dcdfee2a2e46453c205c9c0fccceed2d15452e18f91a5bc86b2. Public CI passed on Node 22.23.3 and 24.21.0, on Ubuntu 24.04 and Windows 2025: 25 runtime tests, schema drift checks, TypeScript, the example, an independently installed tarball consumer and synthetic benchmarks.

This developer preview supports trusted local test-host execution on Node 22 and 24. Current DDS Desktop and Cloud releases do not load third-party SDK plugins. The local test host is not a production isolation or malware-scanning service. API changes remain possible before 1.0.
