CAS unit tests msan is failing

The test was killed due to timeout. The hard timeout was set for 45 minutes. The test used to take 20 minutes, but CAS ballooned it. Hence we can see CAS in stack traces. We just need to bump the timeouts there or shard the job. Note @CarlosFelipeOR.
