Critical Bug Fixes

• Fixed crash in old analyzer if JOIN and duplicated aliases (ClickHouse#96405 by @ilejn via #1426)
• Add setting allow_local_data_lakes. Off by default (#1534 by @zvonand)

Improvements

• Cgroup-level and system-wide metrics are reported now altogether. Cgroup-level metrics have names CGroup<Metric> and OS-level metrics (collected from procfs) have names OS<Metric> (ClickHouse#84317 by @nickitat via #2333).

Bug Fixes (user-visible misbehavior in an official stable release)

• Fix wrong results for grouping sets with ColumnConst and Analyzer (ClickHouse#79743 by @zvonand via #1421)
• Fix possible crash/undefined behavior in IN function where primary key column types are different from IN function right side column types (ClickHouse#89367 by @ilejn via #1423)
• If function trim called with all-constant inputs now produces a constant output string. (ClickHouse#82900 by @rschu1ze via #1425)
• Split part ranges by volume characteristics to enable TTL drop merges for cold volumes. After this patch, parts with a max TTL < now will be removed from cold storage. The algorithm will schedule only single part drops (ClickHouse#90059 by @Michicosun via #1797)
• Remove references to clickhouse cloud (#2353 by @subkanthi)

Build/Testing/Packaging Improvements

• Use openssl 3.5.6 (ClickHouse#79386, ClickHouse#78520, ClickHouse#102606 by @thevar1able via #1684)
• Upgrade Ubuntu Docker image packages to apply available security fixes (#1969 by @CarlosFelipeOR)
