Codex for Android 0.162.1-android.2

Codex for Android now installs without npm lifecycle scripts or script-approval warnings from this package.

Missing Termux dependencies are installed automatically when Codex starts. Both launchers already include their Termux interpreter paths. Settings, login and conversations are preserved when upgrading or uninstalling.

Bundled native Codex remains 0.162.1. Normal approvals and the embedded-server default are unchanged. Early access: physical-device acceptance of this release and 16 KB page compatibility remain unverified.

Also updates TLS certificate validation/root bundles and ZIP dependencies after the security gate detected new upstream advisories. Plugin archive extraction strips privileged Unix permission bits.
