Corrects the preceding patch release license metadata.

  • ReFEFF contributor-held copyright is licensed under MIT OR Apache-2.0, at the recipient choice.
  • FEFF10-derived material and redistribution of the combined port remain subject to the retained FEFF10 notices, conditions, disclaimer, and modified-distribution marking.
  • Publishes refeff 0.2.2 and the component crates at 0.1.3.

This release supersedes v0.2.1.

ReFEFF 0.2.1 is the license and project-identity patch release.

  • Clarifies that ReFEFF is a source-derived Rust port of FEFF10, not a clean-room implementation.
  • Replaces the prior MIT/Apache metadata with FEFF10's custom license, required marking, attribution, conditions, and disclaimer.
  • Adds the selected XAS absorption-edge project icon.
  • Publishes refeff 0.2.1 and component crates refeff-linalg, refeff-core, refeff-io, refeff-engine, and refeff-cli 0.1.2.
