ReFEFF 0.2.1 is the license and project-identity patch release.

  • Clarifies that ReFEFF is a source-derived Rust port of FEFF10, not a clean-room implementation.
  • Replaces the prior MIT/Apache metadata with FEFF10's custom license, required marking, attribution, conditions, and disclaimer.
  • Adds the selected XAS absorption-edge project icon.
  • Publishes refeff 0.2.1 and component crates refeff-linalg, refeff-core, refeff-io, refeff-engine, and refeff-cli 0.1.2.
