macOS: built with SKIP_DASHED_BUILT_INS — the ~145 redundant dashed builtins are no longer installed (git dispatches them from the single binary), so libexec/git-core is just its ~31 real helpers (530 MB -> 33 MB). Avoids re-explosion under bundlers that dereference symlinks (e.g. Tauri). Relocatable (RUNTIME_PREFIX), Dev-ID signed. Windows archive unchanged from .1/.2.
