Portable Git + Anchorpoint git-lfs fork (git 2.54.0).

macOS: relocatable (RUNTIME_PREFIX) + builtins shipped as symlinks; package() now preserves symlinks instead of dereferencing them. git-core 530 MB -> 33 MB, archive 282 MB -> 18 MB. Windows archive unchanged from .1.
