uno++ v2.0.0

This version brings complete overhaul of the code. Code is now memory safe and cleaner.

Aside from that, the goal of the game changed. This is now terminal only, network first, mostly Uno clone with extra tweaks (house rules). Most notable differences are those that you don't have to say word uno when you have only one card left; and when +2 and +4 cards are played, next player is not skipped. You can choose between playing only locally or only online, there is no mixing in between.
