So you want to do the timelapse? But how? It's really very simple.
First, you need a Pi (I used a B+, but any Pi should work, as long as it supports Raspbian), a MicroSD or full size SD (depending on kind of Pi) card to run the OS, and Raspbian installed on the MicroSD card. You can use NOOBS to install Raspbian (easiest), or simply install it yourself (most efficient).
Once Raspbian is installed, with WiFi or Ethernet connected, run the RUN ME FIRST script. This script installs essential packages that are needed to run the timelapse, and updates the Pi. After the RUN ME FIRST script has been run, no internet is needed, unless you want push notifications for when an image has been taken.
