New: cover progress indicators

Books in the bookshelf grid now show their reading state at a glance:

  • A rounded progress bar at the bottom of each in-progress cover.
  • A bookmark glyph at the bottom-left for in-progress books.
  • A completed-book badge (white bookmark-check with a halo) on books you've marked finished.
  • A "#N" series-number badge at the top-right for books that are part of a series.

Each indicator has its own toggle in Settings > Cover progress indicators, all on by default. Bar fill and unread track colours are configurable per device: a palette + hex picker on colour devices, a % black nudge dialog on greyscale.

New: change book status from the long-press menu

Long-press any cover. New rows:

  • Reading, On hold, Finished: mark the book's status so the progress indicators reflect it.
  • Reset: clear sidecar / cover / metadata via KOReader's standard reset dialog.
  • Delete: remove the file with confirmation.

Menu changes

  • New "Settings" parent entry collects "Cover progress indicators" and "Advanced settings" under one heading.
  • Default status line template gets a space between the storage icon and the free-space value.

Fixes

  • Group drill-downs, Recent and Favourites now paginate properly (#17).
  • Books explicitly marked complete now sort correctly under "percent natural" (#17).
  • Returning from a book to the bookshelf no longer briefly shows the file manager underneath.
  • First time bookshelf opens after starting KOReader, the full-screen refresh is now reliable (#18).
  • Switching books via seamless CRE reload no longer flashes the bookshelf during the swap.
  • "Exit" from the KOReader top-level menu works cleanly when bookshelf is showing (#15).
  • Folder labels stay readable under the appearance.koplugin theme.
