Fixes

• Toggling Night Mode (and other on/off settings) from the KOReader menu while bookshelf is showing now actually changes the setting; previously the screen would flash and revert with no state change (#19).
• Books deleted via the long-press menu from inside a series, author, genre or tag drilldown now disappear from the drilldown immediately, instead of lingering until you backed out and re-entered.
