Fixes

• Closing a book and returning to Bookshelf no longer flashes the screen multiple times, especially on colour e-ink panels (Kindle Colorsoft, Kobo Sage). The reader now stays visible with a "Closing book…" message during the brief wait, then Bookshelf appears already interactive (#35).
• If your "start with" setting is the file browser, tapping the file-browser tab from inside a book now takes you to the file browser as expected, instead of wrongly showing Bookshelf.
• The hero card's "time left" estimate now matches KOReader's own statistics screen. Previously it could differ by 2-3x, especially for users with stable page numbers enabled (#38).

New

• Settings > Advanced > Closing book notification — toggle the "Closing book…" message on or off. Default on. Useful for colour-panel users who'd rather not see the message at all.
