Micro-modules on the home screen

The modules you could add to the start menu (clock, quote of the day, reading goal, reading stats, weather, on this day, trivia, daily fun, and more) can now fill the home-screen hero as a configurable grid instead of the currently-reading book. Tap the grid chip to switch between the two.

  • Arrange the grid yourself: long-press a module to move it, grow or shrink its width, or send it to one of four pages. Swipe or tap the in-grid arrows to flip pages.
  • New Action module: launch a plugin, a system action, or a bookshelf view from a home-screen card, with your own icon and an optional label.
  • New layout editor: set columns and rows directly, or pinch/spread on the covers to zoom their size.
  • The module picker now lists each network module's data sources instead of fetching while you browse it.
  • Long-press the grid chip to reset the grid to default or turn micro-modules off.

Fixes: a crash that could happen when advancing through cached trivia questions.
