Page count from the filename for unopened books

Add a p(N) token to a file's name (e.g. Caliban's War - p(624).epub) and Bookshelf uses it as a fallback page count for books KOReader can't count until they're opened (reflowable formats like EPUB). A real rendered count always wins once the book has been opened, and it only shows if you've enabled the "Show page count" cover badge. Files without the token are unaffected.
