Bookshelf while reading

• New: open Bookshelf without leaving your book. Turn on "Show launcher button while reading" to add a small button in the reader's corner that opens the start menu - jump to a shelf, collection, or another plugin and tap straight back into your book. Off by default.
• If you use full-screen micro-modules, a grid button appears in the reader too.
• Per-item visibility: each start-menu item can now be set to show on the home screen, while reading, or both ("Show in" in the item editor).
• Other plugins on the start menu (chess, RSS, and so on) can now be launched while reading, not just from the home screen.

Tidier settings

• The Settings and Advanced menus are reorganised into clearer groups, so related options sit together instead of one long list.
• Micro-module placement and the Bookshelf UI font now live under Settings, alongside the other appearance options.
• "Edit shelf layout" is now "Edit shelf size".
