Highlight

This release fixes a bug which caused ignored AUR packages to not be properly ignored when using paru as the AUR Helper on non-english system.

EDIT:

This release accidentally introduced a bug which breaks the detection of AUR package updates (outside of checks). If you're currently running Arch-Update v4.2.3 or v4.3.0, you will likely need to update Arch-Update directly via your AUR helper (or manually), as it therefore won't be able to detect its own update.
This bug has been fixed in v4.3.1, see the changelog for details.
