Adds two Breakout Module add-on pages to the ESPHome Starter Kit, nested under a new Add-ons subsection.

SEN65 Air Quality Sensor

• Wiring into the breakout's SEN6x port (new cable gif)
• Add to ESPHome Device Builder + collapsed "What the SEN65 YAML does" explainer (sen6x + aqi/NowCast AQI, per-option table)
• Sensor readings table with Sensirion VOC/NOx doc links
