Installation

Windows

1. Download the .exe file
2. Open it
3. If you see a warning click View More and Run Anyway then Ghostab will open

Linux

Debian

1. Downlod the .deb package from releases or from the official site
2. Open your terminal and write

sudo apt install (path to your .deb)

3. Run ghostab and Ghostab will open

Flatpak

1. Downlod the .flatpak package from releases or from the official site
2. Open your terminal and write

flatpak install (path to your file)

3. Run flatpak run io.github.aramcz.ghostab and Ghostab will open

MacOS

• Support for Ghostab on macOS is not planned. However, you can run it using Wine.

• If you run Ghostab on macOS, keep these things in mind:

  1. We do not officially support Ghostab on Macs.
  2. Wine uses a compatibility/translation layer to run Windows programs, so Ghostab may be unstable.

• If you still want to install it, let's do it:

1. Download and install Wine.
2. Download cURL for Windows. Make sure you download the x64 version.
3. Extract the cURL archive and open the bin folder.
4. In the bin folder, you will find curl.exe, libcurl-x64.dll, and curl-ca-bundle.crt. Copy all three files.
5. Create a new folder somewhere on your Mac and name it whatever you want.
6. Paste curl.exe, libcurl-x64.dll, and curl-ca-bundle.crt into the folder.
7. Run

mkdir -p ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts
cp ~/Library/Fonts/NotoSans-Regular.ttf ~/.wine/drive_c/windows/Fonts/

7. Download the latest version of Ghostab.
8. Copy ghostab_X.X.X-x_windows_amd64.exe into the same folder as curl.exe, libcurl-x64.dll, and curl-ca-bundle.crt.
9. Run ghostab_X.X.X-x_windows_amd64.exe using Wine. Ghostab should now start.

Android
