Make sure cURL is installed and functional

APT says something about sandboxing

If you see

N: Download is performed unsandboxed as root as file '/home/path/to/file' couldn't be accessed by user '_apt'. - pkgAcquire::Run (13: Permission denied)

just ignore it APT is complaining about some sandboxing stuff the browser should work fine
