Adds spectral analysis and improves reproducibility for the S. pombe coherent Raman dataset pub.

New

• Extract and plot mean intensity-vs-wavenumber SRS/epiCARS spectra from lambda scans (spectral_utils, viz_utils); notebook 01 plots the spectra and saves them as PNG/SVG, with a note on 16-bit SRS saturation.

Reproducibility

• Complete pyproject.toml (pip install -e . now works reliably), pinned envs/dev.yml, documented tested platform, Zenodo download commands, removed sys.path workarounds.

Fixes

• tqdm misuse in batch_export_images, np.trapz NumPy 2 deprecation, PR-template placeholder, stale doc/link cleanup.
