Fix A Bug For Winbar Startup

Winbar doesnt run when you boot up your PC. This is likely a bug from the code where it actually looking for the other folder (e.g. config.yaml, themes) from the root directory (system32). Of course it will not find it & try to create it in the root directory, this will cause an error since the lacking of permission from windows. This causes a silent crash.

Here is the newly updated version where winbar should run properly on startup. Thanks :)

Installation

1. Go to the Releases page.
2. Download the executable file
3. Bypass OS Security Warnings: Since winbar is an unsigned open-source application, Windows might flag it upon first launch.

   If Windows Defender SmartScreen appears, click More info > Run anyway.

4. Enjoy your new windows status bar

Tech Stack & Dependecies

• Backend: The backend logic uses Go (Golang) as the main languange. But, some code part doesn't really follow the go standard since talking with the win32 API (which is using C) needs to follow some C languange rules. This project uses a few library that is free and open-source:
