PushRight for VS Code 0.2.4
Pre-releaseThe Source Control graph now expands commits into changed files in place. Select a file to open VS Code's native diff; double-click keeps the diff open. Root commits, renames and deletions are supported, with virtualized rows for large histories.
- Auto / All / selected local or remote branch scopes, remembered per repository. Auto follows the checked-out branch, upstream and remote base.
- Fetch, Pull and Push directly in the graph. Filtering does not check out a branch. Graph Push always targets a same-name remote branch and confirms the destination; Pull keeps Rebase instead of merge selected by default.
- Separate graph and SCM entries for initialized submodules and nested repositories.
- A Local Files tree for untracked and ignored files. Ignored directories expand lazily.
- Explorer/SCM actions for local-only ignore, shared .gitignore, tracking ignored files and stopping tracking while keeping local files. Stop-tracking explains the staged repository deletion and refuses to discard independently staged contents.
- English and Simplified Chinese UI and documentation.
Install the Windows x64 VSIX with Extensions: Install from VSIX, then reload VS Code. Expand Source Control > PushRight Graph and PushRight Local Files. The desktop installer remains at 0.2.3.
Validation: zero type-check errors/warnings, 19 JavaScript checks, 22 engine tests, 18 real VS Code checks against the installed final VSIX, and a 320px sidebar check. Large-row rendering was checked with synthetic 1.5-million-commit / 100,000-file data.
Windows x64, VS Code 1.90+ and Git on PATH. Submodules must already be initialized. PR/Issue collaboration is not included yet.
