  • Adjusted HLT HAIL targeting parameters, will no longer fire on small fry munitions below 25M in value or low flying missiles. (Vanilla code does not actually consider TargetRequirements.MinValue at all, which allowed a 24 million dollar nuclear-tipped ABM interceptor to be fired against a goddamn AGM-48.) [WARNING: IT WILL NOT INTERCEPT REGULAR PILEDRIVERS BECAUSE THEY'RE DIRT CHEAP FOR SOME REASON]
  • Implemented warhead safety on the R-100N Zenith; Will now only detonate in the event of hitting its target; will safely disarm and fizzle if it misses.
