What's New

This is a beta bug-fix/hardening release for the v1.4.x line. It does not include the separate v1.5.0 export limitation work.

  • Hardens manual Forecast.Solar configuration so provided daily forecast entities render without requiring device auto-detection.
  • Ignores malformed optional config, including badly indented actual_arrays, instead of letting it interfere with daily forecast rendering.
  • Falls back to today_actual_entity when actual_arrays cannot be used.
  • Adds console warnings for invalid optional config, missing entities, and non-numeric forecast states to make setup issues easier to diagnose.
  • Updates README troubleshooting with a Forecast.Solar manual YAML example, correct actual_arrays indentation, and Home Assistant locale/date-time guidance.
