0.2.1 - RSS Feed Temp Bug Fix

This release is to patch rss feeds temporarily. There was the possibility of a feed_url when added as a comma separated list to create an empty, ' ' feed url. This would cause session.get to not run period producing a silent failure in the code. Now checking that urls are indeed truthy"

In the future we want to make sure that an empty cannot be saved as a feed_url.
