Refactor Reddit API Calls

  • refactors the way we are using asyncpraw to call a discord channel's subreddits new listings in 1 api call to reduce the amount of calls to the reddit api
  • Removes the use of python-dotenv. Users should export environment variables directly to the environment. Direnv is a great package for managing environment variables
  • Refactor to the codebase and readme file
