Stash's first public app download: a native, keyboard-first clipboard manager with local history, pinned clips, screenshots, and reusable prompts.

Install

Apple silicon (M1 or later), macOS 14+. Download Stash-1.0-arm64.dmg, open it, and drag Stash into Applications. Intel binaries are not included.

Or install through the maintainer's Homebrew tap:

brew tap augmentedmode/stash
brew install --cask augmentedmode/stash/stash

First launch

This build is ad-hoc signed, not Apple Developer ID signed or notarized. If macOS blocks it, attempt to open Stash, then select System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway and confirm only if you trust this release. Apple's instructions.

Choose Start collecting. Quick paste optionally requires Accessibility permission; copying works without it. After updates you may need to remove and re-add Stash under Privacy & Security → Accessibility. Quit Stash before upgrading.

Verification and source

Download the DMG and .sha256 file into the same directory, then run:

shasum -a 256 -c Stash-1.0-arm64.dmg.sha256

All 40 isolated core checks and Swift formatting checks passed. The release app's ad-hoc signature and the DMG integrity were verified on the build Mac. A clean-Mac Gatekeeper launch, Intel hardware, and older macOS versions have not been tested.

The exact corresponding source, license, and build scripts are available at tag v1.0, including GitHub's source archives below. Original source is GPL-3.0-only; third-party artwork notices ship inside the app. Version 1.0, build 10.
