Tiled Galleries: add pagination support

At the moment, the only way to split images into different pages is to create multiple galleries and separate them with . Unfortunately, that solution is not perfect:

• Readers cannot easily jump from one gallery to the other
• The Carousel view doesn't allow you to jump from one page to the other

It would be nice to add a pagination component to Tiled Galleries, thus making navigation a lot better on pages with a lot of images.

According to possibility to override whole code for gallery in functions.php this would make native gallery really killer and throw away all third party galleries as Nextgen, etc...

Thoughts, @ethitter ? There are cases when a gallery with lots of images causes performance issues, so a solution for this enhancement request would be useful for those cases as well.

This code snippet works automatically. (two days ago comment) But no carousel, it need to be adapted.

Rather than implement something custom in Jetpack/Tiled Galleries, this would be a great enhancement for Core as the performance concerns are not limited to the Tiled Galleries feature. The module hooks into Core's [gallery] shortcode to modify its output, so anything done in Core would (hopefully) automatically improve Tiled Galleries.
