Looks like but wanted to confirm: we duplicated the method exactly?

Do we need to delete this method from the admin class? Or are we not worried about that because we intend to delete the whole class later?

Also small question for context: why or what changed that we are planning on deleting the admin class? Is it related to menu changes or some other recent change?

Straightforward change and tests as expected. Added a comment with a couple small questions.
* move get_export_filename method from Admin to Util * changelog

Proposed changes:
This PR moves get_export_filename method from Admin class to Util class, getting things ready to remove Admin class entirely.

Go to Forms dashboard and click on export button, choose CSV. A file should download and no errors occur.
