Kanto Gear 2.3.1 — A Real Catch

A tiny visual inconsistency survived all the way into the Guide: Gen 1 wrote
CAUGHT, while Gen 2 drew a homemade Poké Ball that did not look much like a
Poké Ball. This patch gives both generations the real thing.

The Guide uses actual Poké Ball art

• Caught Pokémon now use each generation's canonical, ROM-provided Poké Ball
  graphic in both Gen 1 and Gen 2.
• The handmade substitute has been removed completely.
• If the host cannot load the appropriate graphic, Kanto Gear safely falls
  back to the translated CAUGHT label instead of drawing a broken icon or
  failing the screen.

Nothing else in display, battle or input behavior changed.
