Kanto Gear 2.3.4 — No Egg Spoilers

This patch fixes one small party-screen detail that was revealing rather more
than an Egg should, and gives the project itself a much better front door.

Eggs are Eggs again

  • Party Eggs now use the game's official Egg icon.
  • Kanto Gear no longer reveals the hidden species before the Egg hatches.
  • Level, HP, EXP, status and the misleading FNT label stay hidden for Eggs.
  • Normal party members keep their existing native-color sprites and details.

A clearer project page

  • The README has been rebuilt around a coherent set of current AYN Thor
    screenshots instead of a mixture of old builds and layouts.
  • Display modes, supported games, platforms, installation and compatibility
    behavior are easier to understand at a glance.
  • Repository screenshots now live in one dedicated screenshots/ directory.

Import only kanto_gear-2.3.4.zip unless you also want one of the optional
language packs. Both language packs are unchanged and included again for a
complete installation set.

  • Every archive was built with the official Gen1Recomp 0.2.20 Modkit and has
    a published SHA-256 checksum.

No ROM, ROM-derived data or save is included.
