Kanto Gear 3.0.2 fixes two issues found after the Silph Link OS launch.

Changes

• Explorer widget refreshes are now coalesced after movement instead of redrawing on every step, addressing the reported step stutter on affected setups.
• A completely empty Home screen now shows an Add to Home card, and holding the empty screen still enters Edit Mode.

The empty Home recovery was verified on an AYN Thor before release. The Explorer performance report remains open until the affected user confirms the fix.
