- Gear Haptics: optional contextual vibration for HGSS Light, Dark and Auto. Enable it under Settings → Controls → Gear Haptics. It is off by default and saved independently from Recomp's touch-control vibration.
- Distinct feedback for opening Home apps, snapping cards into place, entering Home edit mode with a long press, confirmed Store and battle actions, and successful Itemfinder discoveries.
- Scrolling, swiping, focus movement, cancelled touches, blocked inputs and rejected actions remain silent.
Updating
Install kanto_gear-3.1.1.zip. The same mod ZIP supports Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver and Crystal on current official Gen1Recomp builds. Existing settings and Home layouts are retained.
