Fixes CANCEL and B failing to close the native Bag in Gold, Silver and Crystal after an item action started from Kanto Gear's Bag app.

The fix covers discarding a full stack, including 99 Master Balls, and returning from empty pockets or long item lists.

Validation: automated native Bag checks for Gold, Silver and Crystal, Gen 1 regression coverage, touch/haptics/motion checks, and verification of all 226 packaged files.
