Kanto Gear 4.2.2 — Pokérus indicators

Adds visible Pokérus indicators for Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire, FireRed, LeafGreen and Emerald.

Active Pokérus has a purple marker. Previously infected Pokémon have a gray marker, showing that the training bonus remains while the infection can no longer spread. Both appear in Party, summaries and Party widgets, alongside ordinary status conditions such as poison, sleep or fainting.

Indicators update automatically when Pokérus changes. Gen 1 and eggs do not show a marker. The Gen 2 Bag exit fix from 4.2.1 is included.

Validation: automated coverage across all eleven supported editions, live refresh and Home cache checks, both skins in Light and Dark, level 100 and translated labels, Lua syntax checks, and verification of every packaged file. On-device testing is still pending.
