Fixed

• Start over couldn't be reached for a migration cancelled from the Jobs
  button. The wizard opened on step 1 as if nothing had happened, while
  the catalog still pointed at the copies. It now opens on that migration's
  Run step, which says what state it is in and offers Start over.
