AX Crew 0.2.8

  • Add desktop execution settings for native/WSL agent environments and PowerShell, CMD, Git Bash or WSL terminals.
  • Keep gateway and ACP processes bound to the configured AX home and environment.
  • Generate shell-aware AX TUI launch commands and display environment settings in the desktop UI.
  • Update gateway, desktop and Android metadata to 0.2.8; Android versionCode is 10.

Built and packaged as requested. No tests were run for this release.

Windows installer packaging fix: use native Windows Restart Manager to release the installed desktop/gateway binaries before replacement. Removed the encoded PowerShell shutdown helper and execution-policy override. Rebuilt from native installer fix 153eda8. Version remains 0.2.8; Android APK is unchanged. No tests were run for this packaging update.
