• 构建期有一条弃用警告：STATIC_VCRUNTIME is deprecated; use build.windows.staticVCRuntime in tauri.conf.json，属既有配置，不影响本次产物
• 未运行测试套件（含 Playwright e2e）
• 资产校验：已生成 SHA256；未做线上下载比对

• Add an optional Distributed Control Plane with distinct Host, AX Instance and
  Execution identities, allowing multiple runtimes on a Host and concurrent work.
• Schedule using approved AX roles/Skills/MCP/Tools/models/permissions/environment
  tags plus resource reservations shared by instances on the same Host.
• Persist Durable Tasks, ordered Events, immutable SHA-256 Artifacts and versioned
  Workflow State. Central ownership, incarnation/generation fencing, idempotent
  requests, retries/cancellation and checkpoint recovery survive worker loss and
  Crew restart without a permanently live Coordinator Agent.
• Add the desktop Distributed / 分布式协作 sidebar management page: enrollment
  and private worker config, Host capacity/policy, task submission/attempts/errors,
  Workflow checkpoints, cancellation/retry, Artifact downloads and observations.
• Keep legacy APIs, single-machine AX and existing device controls available.
  Complete AX Session/Memory are not replicated; selected results/checkpoints and
  explicitly published artifacts are shared by logical project identity.

Validation during development: 15 existing server tests plus 8 distributed
regressions passed; desktop 114 Vitest tests and 4 browser layout/recovery checks
passed, along with the legacy sidebar check and four existing process suites.
Actual three-AX-process/two-logical-Host collaboration verified failed testing,
analysis, Patch transfer, retest, auth scoping and Crew restart. Android build,
unit tests and lint passed during feature development. Production Windows x64
frontend/gateway/NSIS builds passed; no additional release-time tests were run.
Android version and release assets are unchanged.

Limits: one authoritative Crew process with SQLite, at-least-once attempts,
resource reservations rather than OS quotas, 8 MiB Artifact limit, no automatic
GC/replicated consensus. Real physical networking/TLS/GPU isolation has not been
tested; the fake-model integration fixture explicitly uses sandbox off.
Requires AX 0.3.7 workers. See Distributed Collaboration.

• Check AX updates through the official Release page when GitHub's Releases API is unavailable, and reuse successful checks briefly to reduce repeated requests.
• If an older AX updater cannot connect, fall back to the official AX installer while keeping the installed AX directory and release checksum verification.
• Make the Windows AX installer replace a running executable safely and restore the previous file if installation fails.

Validation: Windows x64 NSIS release build succeeded; the updater Rust tests, desktop UI tests and TypeScript check passed. The local installer is SHA256-checked in SHA256SUMS.

• Add subagent controls to the desktop app: per-subagent settings, capability panel updates and session transcript support.
• Use the native Windows Restart Manager in the NSIS installer to release locked desktop/gateway binaries before replacement, fixing upgrades when orphaned Crew gateway processes are present.
• Fix the desktop frontend build: remove an unused local left over from the scoped-capability UI rework so tsc -b and the production bundle compile again.
• Update desktop, gateway and installer metadata to 0.2.9.

Windows installer packaging fix: use native Windows Restart Manager to release the installed desktop/gateway binaries before replacement. Removed the encoded PowerShell shutdown helper and execution-policy override. Rebuilt from native installer fix 153eda8. Version remains 0.2.8; Android APK is unchanged. No tests were run for this packaging update.

and native WebSocket/file-upload/schedule smoke test. Windows production installer
built through the existing Tauri pipeline with the embedded frontend.

Fix Windows update failures caused by the old Crew backend still holding bin/ax-crew.exe open after the desktop exits.

• Stop and wait for the backend to exit before launching the verified installer.
• Install in the running application's actual installation directory, avoiding stale registry paths.
• Use NSIS update mode and clean up the runtime before desktop restarts and tray exits.
• Preserve existing conversations, credentials and application settings.

Assets: Windows x64 installer, signed Android APK (versionCode 6), and SHA256SUMS. Android changes only the version metadata and retains the same signing certificate.

Validation: 17 native desktop tests, including a Windows executable-lock regression test; desktop build; Android signed release build; installation verified in the real application directory.
