AX Crew 0.2.9

  • Add subagent controls to the desktop app: per-subagent settings, capability panel updates and session transcript support.
  • Use the native Windows Restart Manager in the NSIS installer to release locked desktop/gateway binaries before replacement, fixing upgrades when orphaned Crew gateway processes are present.
  • Fix the desktop frontend build: remove an unused local left over from the scoped-capability UI rework so tsc -b and the production bundle compile again.
  • Update desktop, gateway and installer metadata to 0.2.9.

Built and packaged as requested. No tests were run for this release. Android version metadata is unchanged and no APK is produced for this release.
