Save + Save As split; save should automatically save to the last mapfile (or project) saved. Save as should always ask where to save.
Autoload uses the same last-save data rather than load the autosave by default

Only possible on Electron as normal browser doesn't have file system access. I'm pretty sure we don't want to have it on Electron only.

That is sensible. Perhaps you can make it an option in that case, since it's a really nice QoL feature for those on the desktop.
